ABOUT THE PROJECT
Modified a premium freelance marketplace theme to create a freelance marketplace brand, site and user portal with the goal of creating a similar platform to Fiver or Upwork.
Project Challenges
- Coming up with a unique brand, name and domain
- Understanding how the system connects to create new freelancers and manage payments
- Modify the theme and plugin files through hooks and custom code to add additional functionality
- Manage mobile, tablet and desktop views for all devices in the Freelancer, Employer and Guest dashboards
